Deposits payable when first booking The Trip To America will contain full and non-refundable payment for tickets to the NHRA racing events at Las Vegas and Pomona advertised as part of The Trip, mini-Trip and MAXI-Trip itineraries, as appropriate.
Once purchased, these tickets will thereafter be subject to the Terms & Conditions applied by NHRA and its associates to its ticketholders. Trailfinders Ltd. and Blueprints For Travel Ltd. are not responsible for decisions made by NHRA and its associates.

Trailfinders Ltd. and Blueprints For Travel Ltd. are not responsible for the organisation or conduct of the race meetings and other events outside their control. All decisions of the race meeting and other event organisers are final. No money will be refunded nor other compensation made if a race meeting or other event is disrupted, curtailed, postponed, cancelled or abandoned by reason of weather or other circumstance. Motor racing can be dangerous and spectators attend motor race meetings at their own risk.

NHRA Membership applications will be processed after 1 September 2007. Guests may not receive their first issues of National DRAGSTER before The Trip’s departure date. International postal delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Membership documents will be delivered to Guests on their arrival in the USA. One 6-month Full Membership, including 24 weekly issues of National DRAGSTER, will be allocated to each address; 6-month Associate Memberships will be allocated to other Guests residing at the same address unless otherwise requested. Current NHRA Members will receive 6-month extensions to their Memberships at Surface Mail rates. National DRAGSTER is shipped from the USA by Surface Mail and is typically delivered 6-8 weeks after publication date. Guests who wish to arrange Airmail shipping, at additional cost, are invited to contact NHRA Membership Services once Membership documents have been received.

Exclusive Trip To America custom apparel cannot be exchanged nor money refunded.

Guests are advised to purchase suitable travel insurance at the time of booking.

Tickets for race meetings, Trip apparel and other documentation will be delivered to Guests on their arrival in the USA.

1. The draw will be open to Trip To America Guests from whom Trailfinders has received full payment by Saturday 1 September 2007.
2. The first-named Guest on each booking form will be entered into the draw.
3. The winning Guest, accompanied by up to three travelling companions, will be invited to spend a day inside Don Schumacher Racing’s private pitside enclosure, enjoying the official hospitality programme as presented at the time.
4. Two draws will be made: the first, for Saturday 27 October at Las Vegas, will include Guests attending the Las Vegas race; the second, for Saturday 3 November at Pomona, will include Guests attending the Pomona race. The winner of the first draw will not be eligible to enter the second.
5. The names will be drawn during Santa Pod Raceway’s FIA European Finals (6-9 September 2007). Blueprints For Travel will notify winning Guests by mail and/or email and/or telephone as soon as possible after 9 September. Invitations must be accepted and names confirmed by 1 October.
6. In all matters relevant to the invitation, Guests and companions will be subject to the terms & conditions applied by Don Schumacher Racing Corp. and its associates. Guests accept the invitation at their own risk and Blueprints For Travel Ltd. and Trailfinders Ltd. are not responsible for matters and events outside their control.
7. The invitation has no monetary value and no money can be refunded nor other recompense made in the event of failure to fulfil the invitation in any respect by any party.
8. Guests will retain the seats and other privileges provided by their Club Nitro/Platinum Seating (Las Vegas) and/or Top Eliminator Club (Pomona) memberships.
